That every network connected device is operating and functioning properly.
Connected audio and video devices, and light switches, depending on the manufacturer.
Internet connection status, with average upload and download speeds.

How to qualify

You must be an existing Acoustic Designs customer with WattBox and Domotz network monitoring equipment installed. Concierge covers the network and the devices on it, not the picture and sound quality of a third party app or service.
